To begin the cancellation process, answer this first question: Are you:

A.  In contract

B. Unsure if youre in contract

C. NOT in contract

1. If you chose A or B (IN CONTRACT OR UNSURE IF IN CONTRACT), You may be ineligble to cancel until your contract is up without an early termination fee. To determine these details, you will need to email customercare@abcfitness.com your inquiry as well as your name and your agreement number (see below on how to find that number) Please know there is an early termination buyout fee if in contract or you may need to provide additional documentation in order to cancel. You will still need your agreement number for a representative to be able to access your account. *Please allow 5-7 business days for a response

2. If you chose C (NOT IN CONTRACT), please visit myiclubonline.com to cancel your membership. Please note you will need to create a login if you haven’t already to access your account information and will need your agreement number.

1. Visit: myiclubonline.com to CREATE a login

2. Gather your agreement number (see below for directions)

3. Login to myiclubonline.com and click on the “My Agreement Info” tab. Hit the red cancellaton button to submit your 30 day notice to cancel (image shown here) *IF you do not see the red cancellation button, please see 1 above as you will need to email customercare@abcfitness.com

As a reminder, if you are not in contract there is a 30 day notice to cancel and will be billed one final payment. You then have access to the club for the 30 days following that bill date

How to locate your agreement number within your Afterburn app:

STEP 1: Open your app

STEP 2: Click on your photo icon in the top left hand corner to pull up your agreement number

STEP 3: Add 00163 to the front of your 5 digit agreement number in your app to create a 10 digit agreement number. Ie. 0016399084
