Cancellations are handled by our billing company ABC Fitness Financial, please visit myiclubonline.com to cancel your membership. Please note you will need to create a login if you haven’t already to access your account information and will need your agreement number. You can locate your agreement number within your Afterburn app:

STEP 1: Open your app

STEP 2: Click on your photo icon in the top left hand corner to pull up your agreement number

STEP 3: Add 00163 to the front of your 5 digit agreement number in your app to create a 10 digit agreement number. Ie. 0016399084

Please note that if you are still currently within your contract period you will not be able to cancel your account through the myiclub portal and will need to email customercare@abcfitness.com. Please know there is an early termination buyout fee if in contract or you may need to provide additional documentation in order to cancel. You will still need your agreement number for a representative to be able to access your account. If you are not in contract there is a 30 day notice to cancel and will be billed one final payment.
