Power Training

This class focuses on developing a solid foundation and strength base for all sports. Our power training class will develop your child’s form and fundamentals, core strength, and most importantly their power and explosiveness which is paramount for all sports. Whether your child plays sports and is looking to take it to the next level or they are just looking to become more well rounded, improve their strength, and learn the dynamics of teamwork, this class is for them! Excellent for improving power, explosiveness and overall athleticism across all sports including football, baseball, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. *Note: weights are not used with youth group ages 8-11*
