Speed & Agility

Speed, agility, and quickness.

This class focuses on developing sound fundamentals, footwork, coordination, acceleration, and reaction time. Whether your child plays sports and is looking to take it to the next level or they are just looking to become more well rounded, become more fit, and learn the dynamics of teamwork, this class is for them! Excellent for improving their speed and agility across all sports including football, baseball, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, and soccer.

Power Training

Strength, power, and explosiveness.

This class focuses on developing a solid foundation and strength base for all sports. Our power training class will develop your child’s form and fundamentals, core strength, and most importantly their power and explosiveness which is paramount for all sports. Whether your child plays sports and is looking to take it to the next level or they are just looking to become more well rounded, improve their strength, and learn the dynamics of teamwork, this class is for them! Excellent for improving power, explosiveness and overall athleticism across all sports including football, baseball, lacrosse, volleyball, basketball, and soccer. *Note: weights are not used with youth group ages 8-11*

Team Training

IS YOUR SON’S OR DAUGHTER’S TEAM LOOKING TO TRAIN TOGETHER?

If so, this elite strength and conditioning program designed for youth, high school, and collegiate-level athletes is the way to go. This program provides intensive strength, agility, power, and endurance training geared toward their specific sport. Then all you do is pick your time slot and pick your trainer. A minimum of 6 athletes are required.
